access was easy with door codes. the bed was comfortable. i could easily access this flat due to its handy location.

the room was warm, and the thermostat could not be adjusted.

The apartment included everything necessary. Downstairs, lockers provided convenient luggage storage before check-in and after checkout. The apartment was very clean. The location was excellent. Everywhere was within walking distance, and the Royal Mile buzz was amazing.

The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. It had potholes inside, so lying down comfortably was impossible.

generally satisfactory stay

helpful staff comfy bed small bedroom limited surface

the location was very convenient. the staff responded promptly to my question about the on-site lockers. (i appreciated that a lot). the bed was comfortable and the kitchen and living room area was nice.

the bedroom felt a bit small. only one of us could comfortably place a bag there. there were also limited surfaces in the bathroom for toiletries. you had to bring everything in and out each time.
